No Spam and E-mail Policies

Financial Firebird Corporation maintains a very strong anti-spam policy. All e-mail to potential customers sent by either by Financial Firebird Corporation directly or by subcontractors or affiliates providing services to Financial Firebird Corporation must follow all rules and regulations of the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, CAN Spam act, and local rules based on both the location of the recipient and the location of the person sending the email. Observation of such rules includes but is not limited to regulations regarding Do Not Mail To lists, proper identification of the sender, means to withdraw from the mailing list, identifying purely as such in the subject line and not mailing to unsolicited addresses. Where a conflict of laws exists email senders must observe the stricter interpretation. Regardless of a prior relationship, authenticated enrollment or proper opting in, anyone requesting to be removed from Financial Firebird Corporation mailing list shall be removed. Additional rules for E-mail sent directly by Financial Firebird Corporation or mailing lists resulting from enrollment directly through Financial Firebird Corporation

1. Enrolling on a mailing list - Enrollees must first express interest in placement on a mailing list by requesting they receive such email by “opting in” as evidenced by checking a box indicating their intentions, such a box shall never be defaulted to an affirmative response. A follow up email shall be sent to those requesting enrollment to establish the specifics of what type of email the recipient wishes to receive. This second request shall constitute the second part of a “double opt in”.
2. Topics and Offer Types– Recipients shall only be sent mail pertaining to the specific topics and types of emails they have enrolled for.

2. In these cases the consumers original request shall be deemed to establish a relationship for solely for the purpose permitting the email as being properly sent under SPAM laws.

Telephone Rules

All telephone calls made either by Financial Firebird Corporation directly or by subcontractors or affiliates providing services to Financial Firebird Corporation must follow all rules and regulations of the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission and local rules based on both the location of the caller and the domicile of the person being called. Observation of such rules includes but is not limited to regulations regarding Do Not Call lists, and time restrictions on calling. Where a conflict of laws exists callers must observe the stricter interpretation. Submitting a form, inquiry or request to Financial Firebird Corporation directly or through subcontractors or affiliates shall be deemed to create a relationship as defined in federal communications regulation to allow Financial Firebird Corporation or Financial Firebird's subcontractors, affiliates or customers to call in response to the consumer request for a three-month period. In some cases Financial Firebird's customers may pass data on to their own customers who will make the ultimate contact with the consumer, rights to call the consumer for three months in these cases shall flow from Financial Firebird through to the entity making contact with the consumer. Regardless of this relationship, anyone requesting to be removed from Financial Firebird Corporation call list shall be removed. In addition Financial Firebird Corporation shall maintain its own Do Not Call list and distribute it to all subcontractors or affiliates. All calls may be recorded or monitored for quality control and data verification purposes. Additional rules for Financial Firebird Call Centers Calls made directly by employees of Financial Firebird Corporation shall only occur under the following circumstances:

1. As a follow up to a form, inquiry or request for information made directly to Financial Firebird Corporation or to an entity working with Financial Firebird Corporation within 3 months of said request to complete, initiate a form or gather additional information.
2. As a follow up to a completed form or request for information made directly to Financial Firebird Corporation or to an entity working with Financial Firebird Corporation within 180 days of said request verify customer satisfaction.
3. To verify information and validity of applications submitted either directly or indirectly within 3 months of said request.
4. Returning calls from people originating an inbound call within 3 months of said request.

Financial Firebird Corporation shall not directly make any unsolicited out-bound calls soliciting individual consumer business. Unsolicited calls may be made to businesses who we have established work within an area of interest which would make them a likely user for one of our services.
